We'll see what happens in the future. I am pretty sure that Microsoft has been very, very impressed with Sony's rebranding of the Playstation, and are hoping to do something similar with the release of Natal.
If Microsoft can improve the xbox image and get it in line with the Natal image, as well as sprout more than one significant Natal game, then they can turn the ship around. But if they are not properly on message and if they fail to provide big Natal games, xbox will end up 3rd.
I still maintain that the xbox and the PS3 will end up within 10 million of each other.
