The reason all of us old gamers know exactly how the PS3 vs 360 battle will play out is because we've seen it before. The PS1 destroyed the N64 despite Nintendo having a vastly superior first party due to Sony having the capital and the daring to moneyhat big games. I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but FFVII was purchased in such a fashion

Believe it or not, I have heard of it! 
The thing is, I was talking about now and not 10 years ago. Sony now has 1st party studios out the ears. That's why Sony has stated that it will not compete with microsoft for 3rd party timed exclusivity deals so I don't understand how what I said is so far from the truth.
And in regards to the old gamers knowing exactly how the battle turns out part. I can only assume that you think that the 360 will end up destroying the PS3 in sales because of their exclusivity deals? Or what?
