The reason all of us old gamers know exactly how the PS3 vs 360 battle will play out is because we've seen it before. The PS1 destroyed the N64 despite Nintendo having a vastly superior first party due to Sony having the capital and the daring to moneyhat big games. I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but FFVIII was purchased in such a fashion

But Isn't Naughty Dog the same as that? Media Molecule isn't because it's part of sony, but when little big planet came out, media molecule wasn't first party either.
