Well I'm not a big fan of most female singers, but when I hear a good female rocker voice then I know it haha. And for me there is only one right now:
Amy Lee (lead singer of Evanescence)
She pretty much defines rocker and has one of the best voices in all of music right now. Other than her, it is hard for me to really think of any others, that aren't pop singers (I'm sorry I just don't like pop music all that much). Lead singer of Flyleaf I think has a good voice but not up there with Amy Lee. Have to go back to Pat Benatar who just had an incredible voice.
Out of the choices you gave me, has to be Whitney Houston (but before she went crazy). Others really don't come close except maybe Celine Deon.
