Um Halo 2 won GOTY in 2005. GOW1 might have won PS2 game of the year in 2005. But Halo 2 won 84 GOTY awards. I have the Halo 3 legendary Edition. It said it on there.

Please read the thread. I apologise to you to. GOW1 won GOTY at IAA in 2005. Halo 2 was 2004.

Of course I'm looking at IAA's Overall Game of the Year. That's basically the highest award possible that they give.
When you watch an award show, what are you the most eager to see, console game of the year, or game of the year?
Halo: Combat Evolved won that award, and is the only Halo game that did.
