Still does not change what I said. If a bomb goes off people will say look at all the warning signs. What a shitty goverment even I seen them! Just because it may seem small and petty does not mean it could not have been a real threat. So you are in charge you have a choice. A sound some alarms just in case or B ignore it and pray and pray a bunch of people do not die. Unless you can see into to future you have no real way of knowing one way or the other. We can say all we want after somthing has played out. Again, ill stand by my statment.
