R&D and marketing isn't, for sure, since the more consoles you make the lower that value becomes for each individual console, even ones sold 3 years ago. You can't have a moving figure like that for units already sold.
And retailer's cut isn't as big as you think it is, I remember reading somewhere retailers make $5-10ish for each console sold. No clue about shipping or packaging.
