where people go to school is pretty much irrelevant to whether or not they can be PM/MP, though obviously, if you want more people in politics from "the real world", which im assuming people mean to be "normal" or "average" background people, then Eaton is probably not the best place to look for them.
I dislike Cameron because I think he comes off as very smug and arrogant, I also disagree with many of his (or his party if you prefer) policies.
