Well, at least in Portugal, there is a huge ammount of publicity.. sometimes I even think why would Sony waste so much money in a small country like Portugal. The PS3's Lifetime sales probably won't surpass 1 million PS3s, they can get a decent amount of software sales, but still...
From time to time I see a Nintendo Wii advertisement on TV (getting more often now), and I honestly can't remember of one single 360 advertisement. Can't really blame MS, they know Portugal loves Sony's consoles.
