You sure? I havent noticed any problems whatsoever. Or are you just referring to some silly internet dite saying it has some. If it does it's unoticeable.

Nah. I played and beat the game. It was definitely there for me. I still enjoyed the game though.

Are you aware that some TV's at certain Refresh rates can cause what appears to be tearing with some games?

I am very sensative with Tearing. And my copy was so smooth.

I was playing in HDTV with less than 1ms response time.
