Irrespective of right vs wrong - they way in which Activision has handled this matter is poor to say the least. You would think that they would be keen to reward the hand that feeds them and not use it as some dangling carrot bribe that forces them to stay in an unhappy environment. I think they deserve far bigger royalties than what they're asking for.
