It'll all come out in court. All the messy details. Since it's class-action and the stakes are huge, Infinity Ward staff should be able to mount a good case against Activisions no doubt considerable legal team.
And by the time it's settled, we'll be discussing the sales of Respawn's latest game, Medal of Duty 4. It'll be a huge success after Respawn makes the daring decision to set it in World War II.
