Exactly.  If what they're saying is true,  I hope they win.

Just how I hope Activision wins ther lawsuit vs west and Zameplla.

As such though, i'm waiting to hear both sides of the story.  Afterall Activisions countersuit claims that West and Zampella actions actually stopped Activision from paying bonuses... these very well may be said bonuses.
