Since when are GTA:SA, FF13, Pokemon Gold, Donkey Cong Country and Tomb Raider Legends? :P
Anyway, I really don't think that it can "beat" all of these games, since they will be so different, the main focus in MGS4 is completely different than the main focus in FF6 or the main focus of DKC.
And anyway, i'll bet on... no... it will be a great game, but in order to be the greatest game of all time it needs to have an emotional impact of MGS4 caliber, and it won't, since it won't have enough time to build characters, and it also won't have an amazing plot, since this is a game that is meant to sell a lot of copies, and (sadly) games with a very good plot (from my prespective, either minimalistic or highly complex) just don't sell this number.
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
