Will FF Versus XIII be the best game of all time?

No way to tell right now, we know virtually nothing about the game. Except it's a PS3 exclusive, which not enough for me personally. I know it most likely will play like Kingdom Hearts, which is a downer for me. I'll probably end up buying it, because I've played almost every FF game to date.
