No, Judge Judy and most of those American court shows are in fact quite real. However, the one thing they don't mention is that both the defendant and the plaintiff get a pay-off whether they win or lose (often more than the value of the items in dispute).

Well this video doesn't even look like real trial. The way this "judge" chats with bailiff is just wrong and almost everything there screams unprofessional. And thanks to FreeTalkLive for the link, that article crearly explains this show is not a real court in any way. It also states that cases are submitted by people but it doesn't mean that every case is real. And this judge Judy is just pathetic.
