Sony could ditch the 120Gig sku except for the basic Move bundle and drop the 250Gig sku to $299 as the entry level non-Move PS3. Hence base pricetag remains at $299 regardless of whether you buy a Move bundle or the alternative 250Gig non-Move sku. Sony stays at the $299 price as stated yet still effectively delivers a price cut. In a year's time the unit profit margins should be good enough to look at a number of different pricing options. |

Well right now, and for a long time after Move is released, there are many more games you can only pay using the DS3 than you will be able to play with Move. So having a DS3-less PS3 seems a bit like selling a PC without a keyboard.

many of the games will get patch,i know all won't but you can play existing games with move and navigation.they have the same button and transmit it through bluetooth as DS3.it they wanna be more comfortable then they can buy it as is the same with Wii.
Most people would play new super mario bros with Wii mote but a hardcore who wants it to be more classic buys the Wii Classic remote.
and with RSX decreasing price and making profit on PS3,CELL 32nm coming in,DS3 out,blueray cost decrease,PSU decrease and other HW like die and other things.Sony will be easily able to fit in Move which would cost $25 max as it is same as DS3 with Sphere,Navigation $15 max,EYE $15 max and a first party game for free,they could even make it without a loss.
