EBGames/Gamestop have stupid friggin rules

I will only buy new games from Gamestop on launch day, otherwise you face getting a used game when you purchase new ones. They are a crap company honestly.

What you are saying there makes no sense. I just bought LBP:GOTY new from gamestop. I hope you realize they do sell new games alongside used ones and don't advertise new when it's used.

Dude just look it up on google. They do this ALL the time.

and i'm not stupid, I know they sell used games. But I dislike used games, which is why I buy them new. Which is the point of my entire post.
