I don't like Michael Pachter either but what I think he said was "Epic regrets signing the 2 year exclusivity with MS" and then he was asked if he thought Gears 3 would be on PS3 and he said "No, I think MS will do everything it can to keep that franchise exclusive". Something along those lines.
