I think 32nm Cell will come out this Fall, if you see the pattern it's always Cell reduction, 6-8 months later RSX reduction, 6-8 months later Cell reduction etc, if that's the case a 32nm Cell this Fall should make the PS3 rather cheap to develop - < 230 bucks I think, so they'll probably even make money on a Move bundle at U$299. I think by the time the 32nm RSX comes out - Fall 2011 or so - Sony should be able to bundle the move with PS3 at U$199 and not lose any money in doing so.

yea I also think they would be able to getting to that point just recently last month many still thought Sony was loosing anywhere upwards of $18.00 to $25.00 per PS3 as a rough guess. An many did not think even that could be reduced any quicker. Though since outside of Sony noone know's it's just a guess how much Sony lost per ps3, with the reduction's being done as fast as they are there is no doubt that, Sony has indeed have been in a main cost reduction mode. With the release of the new model of PS3 since OCT. 2009 the speed of component reduction cost's have increased it seem's. Which is a very good thing , At least with reduction's like these have good benefit's not just in cost's but power usage, and cooling which make's the overall system better.
