well... I don't get how they break... it has do to with the drying out of the thermal paste, which causes it to overheat... anyway you repair it, by disasebling it and heating some parts of it to 400°C... now it works again, though I can't play long because I haven't had any thermal paste available at the time, so it possibly overheats again...
