I'd look into it if it is a good deal. Make sure you take a long hard look at the apartment to ensure that there isn't any hidden issue with the property.
Sucks that rent costs so much in Ontario. I own an apartment complex in Ohio, and am only wanting $425/mo for rent, hehe. Wish I could get $600 or more a pop.
