I'd give both these games 11/10 since they're my two favourite RPGs of all time, FFIX is my favourite PS1 game of all time, and FFX is my favourite PS2 game of all time, seriously, I love everything about these two games.
However, since I don't think 11/10 counts in this thread, I'll give them 10/10...
