Well, consider these facts:

1. Levels in Halo are designed by Bungie.

2. Levels in LittleBigPlanet are now designed by average joes who control Sackboys.

3. In regards to designing content Bungie > average joes.

Thus, we can safely conclude that anything that a Sackboy can do, will be countered by what Bungie does, so this argument is mute.  And in regards to transmuting, Bungie and Microsoft will be able to hire sci-fi writers to explain why the attempt to transmute Master Chief's suit into paper would backfire.

MC has to abide by physic's, sackboy does not the sci-fi writer's can write all they want, ans since the sackboy's have complete control over the dreamscape MC is in sackboy's world. poor MC no clothes, no powered armor, no make-up ans with no date for the power armored ball.
