How much do you expect each next generation systems to cost?

the main reason why sony is third is because of the wii, their is its big price tag but it didnt do as much damage as the wii. also i'm sure that the xbox will be more expensive why?

the ps3 is currently the most advanced console software wise. hence sony doesn't have to do a lot of investments or drastically improve the software of the ps4 since they will already have and used the technology which it's competitors will be using. hence the production price of the PS4 will be dropping, and with blu rays sales sky rocketing i think that sony will make the lose gap btw the prodcution cost and price of the ps4 bigger then the one of the ps3. hence an overall cheaper console.

Look at the PSPGo.  It ditched the costly UMD drive in favor of flash memory, and Sony somehow justified to themselves that it should be more expensive.
