Someone who's innocent... has no problem saying "I'm innocent." well unless it's an episode of Law and Order or Law and Order SVU and they need a clifhanger last minute reveal of "Wait it was this guy all along!" In fact... if your innocent you usually want to shout it from the rooftops... afterall not doing so pollute jurors wondering why you aren't.

I gotta disagree with you here Kasz.
If you say, before the court case that you were innocent and have irrefutable proof of this, then that just gives the other side time to think up a lie good enough to refute it, the innocent do not always prevail, unfortunately
