The start of FFX is the best, Zanarkand getting destroyed, Auron being all epic like and the heavy metal song - Otherworld. Its awesome.
FFXII was pretty awesome as well with the war starting
FFXIII's start with the train and instant action was really clever, however it was quite similar to FFVII's start which was great aswell.
