NEW EU TREATY EU PRESIDENT!!!

I seriously doubt that the EU will become a sovereign and complete nation anytime soon. Its too big of an area with too many diverse populations.

For example, a few languages in a country can be acceptable, but there are soo many in Europe that it would cause too much confusion. As well, it would be too hard to regulate all the regions, especially since all nations are used to being independent and now if they aren't French or English, but European, it can cause trouble.

It took the US almost a hundred years to settle the many questions that plagued it before the revolution (ended during the Reconstruction period).
