thats because of the electoral system, which needs to change to PR imo.

As far as I can see that wouldn't benefit labour. So why would they agree to it? They would be rock bottom if it was based on votes and not seats...

Lib Dems and Labour have called for it, Conservatives have rejected the idea according to the manifestos.
