you mean is saying the thing that he thinks the masses want to hear?

exactly, he always does that, says what he thinks (I dont think it will much of the time, or he would do much better in opinion polls) will win him votes rather than being honest and spelling out policy commitments. (they all need to do the last one more)

so if he is pandering to the masses then he thinks and you think that the masses dont want full european integration...

no, im saying thats what he thinks they want.

im saying that I dont know what they want, which is why I think we should have a refferendum on it.
