Yeah i would like trident to be scrapped for something cheaper, not sure about afghanistan havent really read enough about it.

Also it would really be a BIG tax hike- 1.95 million uk uni students in 07 according to BBC-http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/7859034.stm

Therefore £3290x1.95million=£6,580,000,000 PER YEAR!

 

its a price worth paying imo.

I think they should keep it similiar or lower it, but not get rid of it, all the unis are saying they want an increase to 6 grand, so keeping it the same for now is better than that.

well, they should have a review of it then and decide how much we need to raise from taxes and other areas to fund Uni's in future, forcing young people in to debt is not fair or the solution imo.
