Well actually you would be surprised how much money obesity costs the NHS. And it is a rising problem, it effects various organs and significantly the heart. On top of the replacement hips knees etc etc.

If we were a slim nation, it would save a small fortune! Which consequently could be pushed back into the National health allowing for and contributing to a more "sustainable service."
