But it isn't. Uncharted 2 mainly beats GoW III in character models, and even then, nobody in Uncharted 2 looks as good as Kratos. Scale, textures, lighting, aliasing, shadows all are richer/nicer/smoother/better in God of War III, not to mention that Uncharted 2 never sees 60fps.

there are areas in uncharted 2 that beat out gow3 but they are very few and far between , overall gow3 is really something else i literally never played a game where my mouth was open in awe . the textures are absolutely amazing for a console the scale is like nothing ive seen its really a marvel when it comes to presentation. yes i know that crysis and metro 2033 on pc are graphics kings but what gow3 accomplishes on the console is unmatched and wont be matched till the last guardian i think .

The only environments that give GoWIII a run for it's money are the snow/ice levels. Other than that, God of War III easily steals the show. I'd debate this anywhere because I'm confident on it.
Hell, the first 20 minutes of God of War III are better than many full games.

dude the whole scene in the beginning with posiden is a complete masterpiece i was completely blown away the game has the crown for sure on consoles anyways and nothing of what i have seen in alan wake even compares visually to what is on screen in the first 30 mins of gow3 , yes alan wake looks great but not like kratos fighting on top of gaia beating off horse crab creatures while you try to kill posiden climbing mount olympus in full hd razor sharp textures smooth frames no tearing , its amazing nuff said
