I don't really think about it. I thought it was about as linear as FF8, except there were towns just no shops, I liked chapter 1, because lightening gets to blow up things. so do not insult that!

Really, I thought the whole game was linear... even chapter 11, there was just less jibber jappering and that was mucho depressing. you could just screw around if you want to, I guess thats what makes it non linear.

but my view doesn't really make sense I think

I LOVE PULSE....absolutely LOVE IT.

But Chapter 7 is my favorite part in a GAME EVER....it just screamed classic to me!

Sorry for m Chapter's 1 & 2 were as disappointing as The Phantom Menace..lol

Maybe its cus I watched the demo from the FF7:AC blu-ray disc on youtube a year ago....so I knew what was gonna happen in Chapter 1. But Chapter 2 was still boring lol.

I was actually afraid to carry on the game at that point I was that disappointed....but Chapter 3 turned it around...I loved the crystal lake, the atmosphere, music, and lightnings loathing for everyone else was hilarious & nice to watch! And the rest is history....the game just got better and better.

Chapter 4 was awesome too....5 got tedioous in parts. Chapter 6 I loved the forest & the music & the weather sphere thingy's! But yeah chapter 7 really went the extra mile for me in terms of music, cut scenes, character development, bosses. 8 was good, 9 was amazing. 10 again I didn't like dunno why. Then chapter 11 was above expectations...and became epic after I got chocobo's & hear oerba's music theme.

arghh you'll see the rest in my review that'll be up by the end of this week!

I bought the japanese advent children... for the demo :P And I already had the the American Advent Children, bah, D: And I thought the phantom menace was the second best star wars movie :(, we have the same taste yet so different.

I agree, chapter 2 was the worst, I think... But, not the review. i heard, you had wear square usa screwed up the translatoin in the end. Maybe I imagined it.
