Whereas, when I saw the OP, my mind went "OOH! 11 hour dungeon!!" No RPG has ever had a dungeon that I'm in that long at once. Hell, a 2 hour spurt in a dungeon is long for most RPGs.

From what I'm seeing, games are getting a tad shorter (though not as short as alluded to in the thread), and looking prettier, but we've lost gameplay and challenge in the process. So while we come from different angles, I have to agree in how poor most of this gen's games are. There's always the exception, but in general...
