the debate is apparently lasting longer because Remedy took the extremely defensive route. I don't think the pixel-counters would be satisfied with a more generic answer now, but DF wouldn't have to go on an article BEFORE the game was launched if the Remedy guy didn't jump to techincal stuff trying to disprove the leaks (which I think it's the real target of his "rant"). obviously no amount of explanation would be enough for those that don't look past the surface.
still, it's funny how this resolution "debate" took over the good old polygon count debate lol
