My actual answer comes direct from community manager at Remedy. " The game is 720p " is exactly what he said. So there is no Sub HD debate. It's over. Hence thread needs locking.

There is no evidence. Remedy clearly state the images used to see 540 lines were taken from a downscaled image. In other words it was taken in 720p, downscaled then to 540p for the magazine. Thats not evidence. Previews of the game 3 months ago said it was native 720p when they played it. 1 downsized image is what has started this. Remedy have quickly pointed that out and told the truth of the game. End thread.
