I don't see any price increase for the current models. They could introduce a higher tier at a higher price though. I wouldn't buy it though.
For the price of 2 months of basic cable I can go on Amazon and actually buy an entire season of every cable-exclusive show that isn't available legally for free. Most of the cable shows I'd want are on Showtime and HBO so for those it's more like for the price of 1 month of cable I can own an entire season of every show that I'd want to watch on Cable.
The maximum I'd pay is $15 a month and it'd have to be like Netflix streaming if Netflix offered their entire library for streaming and added new content no later than 2-3 months after the disc came out.
