Ps3 exclusives only

According to him though this isn't about funds, it's just he doesn't want to buy anything other than PS3 exclusives just because.  It's cool if that just happens to be the only games you want but to set that limit on yourself on purpose is just stupid.

I'm still interested to hear the answer to the question I asked earlier:

If one of the exclusives he listed earlier that he plans to get suddenly went multiplatform, would he still want it?

If not, then what about the game actually changed?

The likelyhood of a ps3 going multiplat is the same as mario going multiplat.

I plan on buying nothing but ps3 exclusives because that's all I want, the multiplat games that I do own are the only ones that I was interested in. Unless capcom releases Onimusha, there is a multiplat game coming out that I want and besides that 1st party games have way better quality then multiplat.

We're talking hypothetically here (and it's not that uncommon for an exclusive game to go multiplatform).

Pretend tomorrow the developers of M.A.G. announced the game was coming to the 360 and it would be the same experience on both consoles, what you would you?

Besides, in his first reply, he answered you.

"There are very few multiplat games that interest me (RE5,SC4,FF13) the others that I own have greatly dissapointed me so I'm gonna see how happy I am if I stick to games just for the ps3 since those have really entertained me."

So if he wants to see how far Sony exclusives are going to take him, why question it?  What is it to you if he misses out on some great multiplatform games?  Why not stick to the topic and answer his question?

I just picked a random game from his list, again for those of you who refuse to read, it's just a hypothetical question.

And I question it because it's a statement that makes no sense what-so-ever.  If he decided he wasn't going to play a particular genre anymore because he doesn't like that genre, fine, but he's missing out on the majority of the PS3 library because he just...well, I don't know why.  That's what I'm asking.

He says he's stopping on the multiplatform games because the ones he has played has greatly dissapointed him and that's just a stupid statement.  The game wasn't dissapointing because it was multiplatform and just because something is exclusive doesn't mean it can't be dissapointing.
