Well, a I predict high-clocked AMD tri-core K10.5 will be the best price/performance at the $150 or less mark for games by that point.
Graphics - well, anything not integrated will do. Impossible to tell whether Nvidia or ATI will be a better choice by that point.
RAM - Suddenly super-cheap. Anything 2GB+
Ubuntu. Linux for human beings.
