It's funny that they moved Agito to PSP because they said mobiles were not powerful enough at that time.
Now, most smart phones are more powerful than the PSP (they lack buttons, but the inclusion of 3G can make multiplayer a blast), and by the time the game is released, the 3DS could be out as well, which will probably be more powerful than the PSP as well.
