since when did this become a DBZ power level contest? 
just joking XD. but in all seriousness, I think Kamal was comparing the "coolness factor" of the characters which if you ask me, Guts wins by a mile. The dude chopped off his own arm in order to stab a demon god in the face. you cant get much more hardcore and badass than that.
