Yep, but not only. I'd say that you (ssj12) will have to

1) set your BIOS so that the Windows 7 drive is the first drive the system tries to boot from. A temporary solution is removing the XP drive altogether, but you still have to set up the BIOS for when both are connected.

2) make sure your Windows 7 drive is bootable in a software sense. Right now you have the boot selector installed in your Windows XP drive, probably in its MBR if I understood your setup. You will have to install the boot code in the MBR of the Windows 7 hard disk... there are tutorials such as this one online, I'm not really familiar with the newest versions of Windows.
