GTA CTW wasn't a success,it was a big flop according to GTA standards both on DS and PSP.GTA just doesn't fit with the DS audience and GTA CTW on PSP was a flop cause it wasn't a PSP game,it was just a port and PSP crowd like 3D GTA and not 2D.Also it was a delayed port and we have seen how much attention,delay ports get.And just look at how good the PSP GTA's are and how well they sold.
anyways,i still don't think it will be on PSP.
