2. Don't plan to buy anything more from PSN this life time? *shrug

3. Invalidate your game the next time you connect to PSN.. simple

4. Each Blu-Ray player have their own unique decryption key. Each blu-ray disc have their own protection software, you can store the blacklisted keys on to the software and the blu-ray disc will just reject your player. I think DVDs and CDs would still work.. so you are covered there
