To start I did the Xclamp mod to it, than I took the DVD drive out and replaced it with a fan that sits on the GPU heatsink to keep it cool, next I relocated the DVD drive that now sits firmly on top of the XBOX because there was no room for it inside . On the back I cut open the vents for better airflow and on top next to the dvd drive theres an intake fan that keeps the CPU running fresh..
I know is not that appealing but it runs cooler than any later model that comes out after.
