Read the forum rules again, you got them wrong.
Linking or asking for links to warez is forbidden, and I can reasonably expect that linking to instructions on how to perform a DRM-violating modification of your console would be as well even if that's not explicitely mentioned.
Speaking about the developement of this custom firmware in the trail of a newsworthy event (Sony's removal of a feature in 3.21 and customer response to that) certainly isn't, since the fw we're talking about allows no DRM infringing, no ISO playing and so on.
