No, it is your legal obligation.

It's unreasonable that Activision refused to give Infinity Ward creative control over their own creation.

Your explanation for why so many valuable IW employees seem to have sided with West and Zampella instead of their wonderful boss Bobby Kotick doesn't make much sense. If West and Zampella had really tried to deny these employees their bonuses they would not have sided with them. That's all there is to it.

1) So... if I hire someone to remodel my bathroom I'm suddenly not aloud to make any suggestions or choose anything, I just have to let them do whatever they please and hope I like it.
