Are you actually going to explain why it's morally right to not deliver on your contract terms, negotiate when your contracturally not alowed too... and deny your subordinates additional bonuses?
1. The contract terms may be unreasonable
2. Workers should always have the right to leave their current jobs if they are dissatisfied with the working environment
3. No one with half a brain honestly thinks West and Zampella were denying their subordinates their bonuses. If that were the case then why have over a dozen of those same subordinates quit Infinity Ward over the course of the last few weeks, presumably to join Respawn?
