I always thought it was the other way around. PC gamers get very loud, very fast, when things aren't up to standards. While console gamers usually dont give a crap as long as there's a forum near by where they can write lists of exclusives.

Well, of course.  If it sucks there's a lot of other games worth playing.  There's a reason you can still find a game of CS 1.6 at 4AM in the morning almost anywhere.
